爱人者人恒爱之,敬人者人恒敬之.爱是一盏灯，黑暗中照亮前行的远方;爱是一首诗，冰冷中温暖渴求的心房;她用一颗天使般的爱心，用一双温暖的双手，用自己微薄的退休金一直砥砺前行在公益的道路上，风雨无阻，从未间断，她就是中国爱心妈妈联盟创始人-袁红艳。
Those who love are always loved,and those who respect are always respected.Love is a lamp,in the dark to illuminate the distance ahead;love is a poem,cold in the warmth of the longing for the heart;she with an angelic love,with a pair of warm hands,with their own meager pension has been honed on the road to public interest,rain and shine,never stop,she is the founder of the Chinese Mother of Love Alliance-Yuan Hongyan.
1956年2月她出生在一个老革命家庭，父亲老八路，母亲东北四野与父亲南下广东。深受到父母亲的影响，把她培养成一个非常有爱心有责任心愿意帮助别人的人，为了更好的帮助更多的人，1990年她下海经商，做过酒店餐饮管理行业等，都获得杰出的成就。下海后期，于1997年创办了广州市夕阳红艺术团，一直活跃在老年社会群体，多次获得金银铜优秀奖，并从事广东志愿者服务工作。
2009年，她创办了中国爱心妈妈志愿者联盟，与广东省红十字会合作，并成功举办了爱心妈妈公益论坛。一路以来，她走进全国各个省市的贫困山区、小学、及孤儿学校，关爱留守儿童。
In february 1956 she was born to an old revolutionary family,father old eight road,mother northeast four fields and father south guangdong.Deeply influenced by her parents,she has become a very caring and responsible person willing to help others,in order to better help more people,she went to sea in 1990 to do business,do hotel catering management industry,and so on,have achieved outstanding achievements.Later in the sea,in 1997,the guangzhou sunset red art troupe was founded,has been active in the elderly social groups,many times won gold,silver and copper excellence awards,and engaged in guangdong volunteer service work.In 2009,she founded a volunteer alliance for caring mothers in china,working with the guangdong red cross,and successfully held a charity forum for caring mothers.Along the way,she went to poor mountain areas,primary schools and orphan schools in various provinces and cities to care for children left behind.
2013年，她推广全国孝文化进社区活动，带动社会和谐发展，助力实现中国梦！同年她带领自己的义工团重点进社区敬老助残、关爱妇女留守儿童及重症人士。受到省市领导单位的认可及社会各界人士的认同与支持。
In 2013,she promoted the national filial piety culture into the community activities,promote the harmonious development of society,help to achieve Chinese Dream!In the same year,she led her volunteer group to focus on the community,care for women,children and severe cases.By the provincial and municipal leading units and the recognition and support of people from all walks of life.
2014年4月她帮助白血病儿童和贫困肿瘤人士免费治疗。因此，她曾被聘为联合国华人友好协会副会长并被颁发促进人类和平奖。她用行动带动社会和谐发展，替政府分忧。
In April 2014 she helped children with leukemia and people with poor tumours with free treatment.Accordingly,she was appointed Vice-President of the United Nations Association of Chinese Friendships and awarded the Award for the Promotion of Human Peace.She used her actions to promote the harmonious development of society and share the government's worries.
2014年5月29日她带领义工团去河源龙川县贫困小学关爱留守儿童。受到龙川电视台采访。同年，她带领医疗服务队走进山区和社区义诊活动、关爱孤寡老人、弱残人士上门慰问活动。
On May 29,2014,she led a volunteer group to care for left-behind children at the poor primary school in Longchuan County,Heyuan.interviewed by Long Chuan TV.In the same year,she led the medical service team into the mountain and community free consultation activities,care for the lonely elderly,the weak and disabled to visit the activities.
2015年6月1日，她被中华孝道研究会评为首届中华十大孝子之一。
2015年她被广州市慈善会设立“爱心妈妈关爱儿童助困基金”。
2016年5月她带领她的义工团去南宁明天孤儿学校慰问孩子，同年，去九江都昌太阳村孤儿学校慰问孩子，共捐赠了1000个书包以及学习用品、衣物等。
为了提升爱心妈妈整体形象和弘扬孝道文化，2017年7月成功举办爱心妈妈“美在广东、美善同行”形象大赛，评选了十大最美爱心妈妈、十大最美孝星、最美义工。
2017年9月她被世界女性和平团体邀请参加万国会议，并获颁发世界女性和平特别贡献奖。
她为了把爱心和孝道文化推向全国，2018年将《美在广东美善同行》大赛升级为《美在中国孝爱先行》大赛，从中寻找身边最美爱心人士和评选活动。
On June 1,2015,she was named one of the first ten filial sons of China by the Chinese Society of Filial piety Research.In 2015,she was set up by the guangzhou charity"caring mother care child assistance fund".In May 2016,she led her volunteer group to visit tomorrow's orphanage school in Nanning to pay condolences to the children,and the same year,went to Jiujiang Duchang Sun Village orphanage school to pay condolences to the children,a total of 1000 school bags and school supplies,clothing and so on.In order to promote the overall image of caring mothers and promote filial piety culture,in July 2017 successfully held the caring mother"Mei in Guangdong,Meishan peer"image contest,selected the top ten most beautiful loving mother,the top ten most beautiful filial piety star,the most beautiful volunteer.In September 2017,she was invited by the World Women's Peace Group to participate in the Universal Conference and was awarded the World Women's Peace Special Contribution Award.In order to promote the culture of love and filial piety to the country,she will"Beauty in Guangdong"in 2018 Meishan Peer Competition Upgrades to Beauty in China Filial piety love first competition,from which to find around the most beautiful caring people and selection activities.
她的事迹也获得了北京多个领导部门的认可，并颁发了聘书。中国国际报告文学会、爱国拥军工作委员会聘为委员。传统文化传承工作委员会聘为副会长和专家委员，专门负责慈善公益。
2009年12月创办了中国爱心妈妈团队，用自己不多的退休金支撑了近十年的爱心妈妈团队。2013年又在香港注册了中华国际爱心妈妈促进会。一直在国内带领着爱心妈妈团队从事着关爱留守儿童，孤儿，敬老助残慈善公益事业！至2020.1月，今天已经整十个年头了！
Her deeds have also been recognized by several leading departments in Beijing,and a letter of appointment has been issued.The China International Report Literature Association and the Patriotic Army Support Committee are appointed as members.The Committee on Heritage of Traditional Culture is appointed as Vice-President and Expert Member and is responsible for charity.Founded in december 2009,the chinese team of caring mothers,with their own few pensions to support the team of caring mothers for nearly a decade.In 2013,China International Mothers of Love Association was registered in Hong Kong.Has been leading a team of caring mothers in China to care for left-behind children,orphans,the elderly disabled charity!By January 2020,it's been ten years!
